Currently under construction, with a goal of completion by the All Star Game 2009, Kilroy’s Sports Bar is renovating the facade of their existing building and adding an additional 1800 square foot building to the east, attached to the existing building.
Working closely with the owner, Art Randall, we masterplanned this two phase project. Phase one of this expansion will accomodate the need of space for the anticipated spike in patronage during the All Star event. Phase 2 will include a wrap-around veranda and 2 story deck for exterior socializing.
